Description

This highly specialised cleaner was designed to clean and restore external building surfaces such as walls, roof tiles , and brickwork after heavy soiling or staining caused by pollution, vegetable, plant or mineral deposits which may have occurred over time. It’s unique blend of detergents, surfactants and clinging agents in a chlorus base makes it a highly effective and cost effective solution to external property maintenance.

 

Properties

It removes all layers of built up material on the treated surface when applied and continues to act over a period of 3 - 4 weeks after application, restoring the original colour and texture of the surface. This product is best suited to apply during cold and damp conditions as it will not dry out on the surface and can continue to work aided by wind and rain.

 

Directions for use

Apply directly to affected area by sprayer and leave for 10 minutes to allow chemicals to work, agitate with a soft nylon brush if required, then simply hose off with plenty of water or leave for the rain to remove. NB. Avoid contact with polished surfaces or metal. If contact occurs rinse off immediately with plenty of water.
