Description

This unique product was designed for the regular cleaning of any porcelain tiled surface either polished or unpolished. It may be used in either the domestic or the commercial sector. It is easy to use as it can be applied using mop or a vacuum scrubbing machine. Use of SMP. Porcelain Maintainer will greatly enhance the porcelain tiles and will also prolong the life of the surface

 

Properties

As well as being a very effective cleaner this product will also act as a sanitizer and will leave a long lasting lemon fragrance throughout the premises where it is being used. Another great quality regarding this product is that it is safe to use around sensitive surfaces such as plated metals, aluminium and glass and is safe to use through scrubbing machines in the commercial sector.

 

Directions for use

Add to 20 parts of clean water and apply liberally to wet floor. Where possible let stand for 2 minutes and agitate with stiff brush or scrubber. Finally remove the dirty residue with a vacuum machine or by using a mop and clean water, changing the water frequently. Note in more stubborn cases it may be necessary to use SMP Porcelain Maintainer in a less diluted form. This product will remove all surface residues and dirt restoring the slip coefficient of the tiled surface, while at the same time killing germs and odour producing bacteria.

 

Restoration

We recommend that all tiled floors be restored back to their original condition, when required, using SMP. Floor Tile Restorer (follow instructions carefully) to keep them in pristine condition.

 

Coverage

1 Litre will clean approximately 300 sq.metres when moped or 1 litre will clean approximately 100 sq. metres using a vacuum scrubbing machine.
